An ancient castle, which contains magic and secrets, frescoed rooms that tell stories during sumptuous banquets, courtly love, told like a legend …Once upon a time…
Every fairy tale that respects itself begins like this, doesn’t it? For this project we simply let ourselves be carried away by everything a magical place, like a castle, can inspire and, inspired by the medieval era, we created a magical and dreamy atmosphere. The Arco Castle in Trento was the perfect setting to recreate a symbolic ceremony outdoors, surrounded by what history has left us after numerous battles over the centuries. The bride wore a beautiful ivory dress with golden details on the bodice and a light tulle cape with a pair of shiny and precious shoes. The soft and semi-collected hairstyle, decorated with a golden floral crown, accompanied the features of the face, highlighted by a warm and romantic make-up, with bright touches. His prince was out waiting for her in a splendid dark suit and in his hands a white and perfumed rose. Together they headed towards the small altar, decorated with wonderful flowers in burnt tones and powder, and here they pronounced their yes, exchanging the rings created by hand, just like in the past, and reading each other’s promises. Then off to the reception: a banquet with great attention to every detail to celebrate this important union together, frescoed rooms dating back to the 1400s created the ideal setting, warm and intimate, for the setting in the theme where the mise en place, rich of flowers from white to burgundy composed in crystal cups, it rested directly on the antique wooden tables. The stationery created for the event has enclosed the many elements that characterize the medieval style: an ivory-colored laid paper torn by hand, the illuminated lead caps for the initials of the spouses, the floral decorations and the reproductions of animals almost to recall the hanging tapestries on the walls, the golden sealing wax to close the envelope. In front of the fireplace and the family heraldic crest, the grand finale: a wedding cake decorated with flowers stood out on the table covered with eucalyptus, and as if by magic it continued in a long parchment with the poetry of the spouses.
